It hasn’t been long-abandoned, actually. I post regularly during the F1 car launch season, and sporadically at other times, when I’ve had the chance to write longer articles.

I’m not sure what you’re referencing when you say “No wonder” it’s been abandoned, mind. But I’m sure it was entirely valid and constructive criticism. So, thanks!

With 1996-2001 my most active F1-days, I have very fond memories of that time and the Benetton livery where just awesome. I could hardly pick a favorite, but I guess it would be the 1995, as I have an old model of it at home. The Benetton 1997 was my first car I released as Modder for GrandPrix 3. 😀

Personally, the 1992 and 1997 liveries are 2 of my favourite. You didn’t mention the paint splashes on the engine cover of the 1997 car which were a great effect.

Unfortunately though, the 2000, 2001 liveries are 2 of my least favourite as well!

Very nice read. The B192 has a fond place in my memory as the somewhat ugly lined car (and the red nose blob!) with a very noticeable colour scheme that a young Schumacher showed very good talent and racing skill in, back when he was still a likeable upstart 🙂 After 2000 I sort of lost track of Benneton, I don’t recall much of those liveries, but the 1998 still looks great, as it did back then.
